        Todlearns ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Balloon Pop: Toddler Games
 mobile application. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for children.

Our app is designed for children under the age of 13. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personal identity information from children.

Automatic Data: Like most mobile apps, we may collect non-identifiable technical information (such as device type, operating system version, and anonymous usage statistics) to help us improve the game performance and fix bugs.

To provide the best experience, we use the following trusted third-party services:

Unity: The game engine used to build the app. Unity may collect anonymous device identifiers for performance monitoring.
Google AdMob: We show advertisements to keep the app free. In compliance with children's safety rules, we have configured AdMob to show only G-rated (General Audience), non-personalized ads for children.

4. Parental Controls (Parent Gate)

We take extra steps to ensure children do not accidentally access external links or make unauthorized purchases. All external links, including the "Give Feedback" button and "Store," are protected by a Parent Gate (a birth-year verification system) that requires adult intervention.

5. In-App Purchases

The app may offer a one-time "Ad-Free" purchase. This transaction is handled securely by Google Play. We do not see or store your credit card information.

6. Data Security

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no risk of your personal information being leaked or stolen from our app.
